Peter Cannito

Peter Cannito was named Redwire’s CEO in June 2020. Prior to his current role, Mr. Cannito served as the CEO of Polaris Alpha from October 2016 until December 2018, a high-tech solutions provider developing systems for the DoD and Intelligence Community. Prior to that, Mr. Cannito previously held executive roles, including CEO and COO, at EOIR Technologies and he led a team of software and systems engineers at Booz Allen Hamilton focused on critical defense and intelligence programs. Mr. Cannito has been an operating partner with AEI Industrial from August 2019 to present. Mr. Cannito received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Delaware, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and served as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Reggie Brothers

Dr. Brothers has served on our Board since September 2021 and served on the board of Holdings from March 2020 until our Business Combination in September 2021. Dr. Brothers has served as Operating Partner of AE Industrial since October of 2022 and was CEO of BigBear.ai (NYSE:BBAI) from June 2020 to October 2022. Previously, Dr. Brothers served as Chief Technology Officer at Peraton Corporation from January 2018 to June 2020 and as Principal at The Chertoff Group from January 2017 to January 2018. From April 2014 to February 2017, Dr. Brothers served as the Under Secretary for Science and Technologyat the Department of Homeland Security. Dr. Brothers received an undergraduate degree from Tufts University, a master’s degree from Southern Methodist University and a PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Frank Calvelli

Mr. Calvelli currently serves on the Board of Directors of True Anomaly, Inc. and as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Aerospace Corporation. From May 2022 to January 2025, he served as the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration, where he was the Service Acquisition Executive overseeing an annual budget in excess of $18 billion and directing programs for the U.S. Space Force, including Space Systems Command and the Space Development Agency. Previously, Mr. Calvelli was a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton from July 2021 to April 2022. From 2012 to 2020, he served as the Principal Deputy Director of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), where he managed the day-to-day operations of the 3,500-person agency and its satellite and ground systems portfolio. Mr. Calvelli also currently serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) and as an instructor at Pardus Inc. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Altamira Technologies from June 2025 until its acquisition in January 2026. Mr. Calvelli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the State University of New York at Potsdam and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland.

Michael Greene

Michael Greene is the Co-CEO and Managing Partner at AE Industrial Partners, LLC, and has responsibility for the overall management of the firm, primarily focusing on the growth and operational execution of portfolio investments. Since joining AE Industrial in 2008, Mr. Greene has been a member of the firm’s Management and Investment Committees. Previously, Mr. Greene was a Partner with UBS Capital Americas, LLC and UBS Capital, LLC from 1990 to 2008. Mr. Greene was a founding partner of the non-investment grade debt and equity businesses at UBS AG. Mr. Greene serves as a Trustee of The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Mr. Greene received a BA from The College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dorothy D. Hayes

Ms. Hayes brings extensive experience as a financial executive and seasoned board member. A former executive at Intuit, Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, and Apollo Computer, she is a recognized expert in audit, risk management, corporate governance, and financial controls, and currently serves on the board of BigBear.ai, where she chairs the Audit Committee.

Joanne Isham

Joanne Isham is currently an independent board director and executive consultant working with a variety of clients in the defense and intelligence sectors developing strategies, identifying high-value opportunities, addressing critical challenges, and transforming their business. 

Joanne retired from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) after a distinguished career as a Senior Executive. Upon retirement, Joanne joined BAE Systems as a Senior Vice President, Deputy General Manager of Network Systems, where she was responsible for operations and identifying strategic opportunities for new mission focus within the Intelligence Community. Subsequently, she joined High Performance Technologies, Inc., as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for management and operational oversight of the firm specializing in computational science, enterprise technology and planning, and secure software development. She then joined L-1 Identity Solutions as the Senior Vice President for Washington Operations, the leader in planning, developing, and executing the Federal market strategy. Upon leaving L-1, she became an independent consultant and established Isham Associates, LLC.  In addition, she was a co-founder of NextFED a consulting firm focused on the national security community.  Upon leaving NextFED, she joined Veros Global Solutions, LLC, a national security advisory firm, as a partner. Joanne is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Kirk Konert

Kirk Konert has served with AE Industrial Partners, LLC, as a Partner since October 2019 and as a Principal starting in August 2014. Previously, Mr. Konert was a Senior Associate at Sun Capital Partners from July 2011 to July 2014. Mr. Konert earned his undergraduate degree from Davidson College.

Gen (RET) James McConville

General McConville was previously the 40th Chief of Staff of the United States Army, leading an organization of 1.2 million personnel, an annual budget of $185 billion and operations in over 140 countries around the globe. He led combat organizations from the platoon to the division level and was the longest serving commander of the famed 101st Airborne Division (AASLT). He is currently an operating partner at AE Industrial Partners and is a Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center at Harvard University and a member of the Georgia Tech Research Institute External Advisory Council.
